If you thought that Samsung was ready to let the Galaxy Note 7 rest in peace after all the controversy of the explosions, two recalls and estimated enormous financial losses, so it is best to review their forecasts. According to information from the Korean website The Investor, the manufacturer is considering the possibility of selling versions refurbished ("refurbished", in English) in some emerging markets in the coming year.
Citing internal sources of the industry, the publication said that Samsung is planning to sell modified versions and repackaged the phablet in countries such as Vietnam and India. It seems that the company still has not decided definitively if it will take the initiative forward or not, so there are still not many details about their plans in this regard.
Considering that this possibility actually materialises, remains to be seen whether the manufacturer has finally managed to discover and fix with total certainty the reason of its batteries or other components to explode. If the answer is negative and the plan to sell the Note 7 go ahead, then it is good that the company is prepared to face a new round of controversy.
