Greenpeace wants to know what will happen to the extinct Note 7 … – SAPO Tek

Once in October have put an end to the "nightmare" of the Galaxy Note 7, Samsung will now have to break free of these devices that gave much to talk about in the last few months, for the worst of reasons.

in A message published on the 1st of November on your site, Greenpeace claims that Samsung should strive for transparency and disclose when, how and where you plan to dispose of the millions of Galaxy Note 7 that recovered.

But the organization goes a little further and says that "the world is watching how Samsung will respond to this crisis" and that the south Korean now has the opportunity to demonstrate leadership and "rethink the way it designs, sells and reuses your electronic devices".

The mark must, in the words of Greenpeace, act to ensure that the Galaxy Note 7 will not end up in the recycle bin, where they can cause serious environmental damage due to their toxic components (such as lithium batteries), and that are properly dismantled and, if possible, reuse some of the constituent materials, such as tungsten, gold and cobalt.

Although no one has directed this organization in particular, Samsung, quoted by Reuters, said that he is aware of the environmental concerns related to the discontinuation of the Galaxy Note 7 and that is working in the sense of minimizing the impacts, in the light of the law.
