Samsung apologizes for the problems caused by the Galaxy Note 7 – RTP

There is a little less than a month, Koh Dong-jin, president of the division of Samsung notebook gave an interview in an attempt to regain the trust of the consumers of the brand.

however, on the last Tuesday day 8, Samsung revealed once more their will to win back customers after the polemic around the explosive Galaxy Note 7, to publish an apology for the failures of their equipment in various newspapers famous of the United States.
"To our valued consumers,
At Samsung, we are innovating in a way deliver breakthrough technologies that enrich people’s lives. An important principle of our mission is to provide quality solutions and security. Recently, we have fallen short of expectations in that says respect to this promise. (…) We deeply regret the situation and we will re-examine all the aspects of the Galaxy device Note 7."

Elected for this purpose were the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and the Washington Post that have a full page of the press release of the company.

On the same page are mentioned the 2.8 million washing machines, which reveal some problems: when they vibrate excessively in cycles of high-speed the top part of it loose-resulting in the breakage of some parts of the equipment.

Some cases of injury on the part of the owners have already been stated. The company solved the problem by offering maintenance services as well as discounts to owners.

Despite the apology, on the part of Samsung, it will still take some time before consumers again trust in the brand. Samsung ensures you have transparency in the period of investigation of the catastrophe of the Galaxy Note 7. Now it remains for us to wait…
