The last few weeks have been complicated for the giant south Korean. With the problems that made explode some of the new Galaxy Note 7, Samsung proceeded with the collection world of the devices already sold, so the problem could be investigated and resolved.
Note 7 repaired began to come back to the hands of consumers but in the meantime, new problems have emerged in the same equipment.
YTN – a television station for south Korean – reported that some of the users of the model repaired of Note 7 are having some problems with downloading the accelerated battery, as well as the load itself.
According to the television station, a user could not charge the battery above 10% after a whole night plugged in to the mains. The YTN tested a problematic device and, at only 39 minutes, the Note 7 has lost 26% of the total charge of the battery. In the latter case, the load dropped from 100% to 0% in about two and a half hours.
Up to now these problems have only been detected in South Korea, and in other regions where the smartphone returned to be available yet there has been no complaints regarding these new issues with the battery.
Samsung hopes that the Galaxy Note 7 will return to shelves next month of October, counting that day 1 is already on sale in South Korea.
