You can get it in 16GB or 32GB and you can add another 64GB via SD card. Therefore it comes with the chip that is faster, it has more storage and more RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has a display of 5.5 inches and it has 306ppi, Which is a higher ppi than that of the iPad Mini. However thanks to the display of the iPad Mini being larger, it looks better. The camera in the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is 8 megapixels and the one on the front of the device is 1.9 megapixel. The iPad Mini comes with a camera on the back of it and is 5 megapixel iSight, and the one on the front is 2 megapixel. The winner is the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 as it takes better shots and Also happens to be easier to hold When Given the proportions doing so.

Overall the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is the winner as it has taken more points than the iPad Mini, However the Mini does come with plenty of features, such as the cheaper price tag and number of tablet apps. The Of course the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Also comes with some advantages and these include collegues it can make calls, it has GPS and NFC.
