The next iPhone may copy feature of the Galaxy Note 7 – Digital Look

The Galaxy Note 7 may have been a “failure” – successive cases of explosion, two product recalls, until the manufacturing was finally stopped. But this does not mean that Samsung does not leave any lesson positive for the industry.

The latest rumor about the next iPhone – the supposed “iPhone 8″ – indicates that Apple plans to copy an important feature of the Galaxy Note 7, that neither had time to become popular. This is the iris reader, which allows the user to unlock the device only with the eyes.

The information will meet with another rumor, a little older, that said the bet Apple will be a little different. Instead of an iris reader, the iPhone 8 may come with a facial recognition system, similar to Windows Hello Microsoft.

The way is to wait until the new iPhone is announced (which should happen in the second half of this year) to know which of the two rumors is telling the truth. It is possible, however, that the new cell phone from Apple is not the only top of the line in 2017 with this technology. Recent reports indicate that the Samsung is planning to reclaim the iris reader of Note 7 on your come Galaxy S8, which should be announced in the coming months.
