Comparative Note 7 puts variant with Exynos 8890 against … – Tudocelular.com

When Samsung announced the Galaxy Note 7, revealed that would make it available in two variants: one with the Snapdragon 820 chipset and the other with its own, the Exynos 8890. Several tests already They were carried out with the two versions of the device, trying to present to the public the one that stands out and has the best performance. Now, a new video was released on YouTube, putting the two variants Note 7 side by side and testing them in the application opening .

The tests carried out in the video below are simple but show which of the two chipsets does better. The presenter of the video puts both Notes 7 on a table and open various applications, beginning with the clock, so that time is marked on the device itself. From what you can see in the video, the Galaxy Note 7 chipset Exynos 8890 does better when it comes to opening applications, with almost a minute faster than the variant with Snapdragon 820. the distance is even greater if only count the games, as the one with Qualcomm’s chipset had trouble opening lightweight titles like Angry Birds.

However, in the second part of the video the scene changes and the Exynos 8890 need to reopen all applications, and the variant with Snapdragon 820 had much ready of apps ready to be launched. This showed that multitasking present in Note 7 to the chipset Qualcomm is better than that which is equipped with Samsung’s SoC.

But in the end the result was favorable to the Galaxy Note 7 with Exynos 8890. This smartphone was able to close the test with 2 minutes 30 seconds, while the version with Snapdragon 820 ended with two minutes and 52 seconds.
