It only came with 2 bloat apps, My Verizon and Backup Assistant. You can VERIFY que by looking at any review. Tether is carrier locked out of Nexus devices, That Should be expected. Just like on the Note 3, the simple hotspot toggle works just fine for tethering. The bootloader was unlockable by simple OEM unlock.
