Android 5.1.1 finally available for the Galaxy Note 4 – Pplware

The Lollipop Android 5.1.1 was released in May and not many devices that have received this version. Fragmentation is still an unsolved problem in Android and apparently there is no short-term solutions.

If you have a Galaxy Note 4 then understand that you can now upgrade to Android 5.1.1.

At a time when already a lot of talk of Android 6.0 Marshmallow, which still has no date for release, the South Korean company Samsung has released Android 5.1.1 for the Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910F: European model).

This version has N910FXXU1COH4 identification dated August 12 and holds, nothing less, than 1.8 GB

How to Install Android 5.1.1 lollipop on Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910C)

  1. Download image via GoogleDrive or MEGA and then decompress
  2. Get the tool Odin unzip and run
  3. Restart your smartphone in Download Mode (Hold down the Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
  4. Connect the Galaxy Note 4 to the computer with the USB cable and wait until the Odin recognizes
  5. Enter the firmware file uncompressed through the option AP / PDA (IMPORTANT: to re-partition option is not selected)
  6. Press the start option and wait for the process to finish
