According to a study by the American Consumer Satisfaction Index, which involved about 70,000 smartphone users in the United States, the Galaxy Note 4 Samsung is currently the mobile device with better note, concerning the customer evaluation, and ranking first in customer satisfaction ranking.
second position is occupied by the Galaxy Note 3 and only in the third is appearing with Apple iPhone 6 Plus . The last position in the ranking also belongs to Samsung with the Galaxy S4 mini.

In terms of manufacturers Ranking this year Samsung and Apple stood side by side with 80 points. For 2014, the Samsung dropped a point and Apple grew one point. Motorola ranks third and interestingly the fourth position is occupied by the BlackBerry.
