Galaxy Note II can not be upgraded to Android Lollipop – Tudocelular.com

Samsung comes slowly updating its flagship line for Lollipop. Virtually all the 2013 and 2014 releases have received the news, leaving the Galaxy Note II last. The South Korean was never officially informed that it would launch the new version of Android for this model, where only the partition of Poland released a statement that would really have such upgrade in the first half of this year. Now a new news given by another division of the company has just deny that this actually happens.

You Ali Ryan sent a message to Facebook Samsung asking about the release of Android Lollipop 5.0 for the Galaxy Note II. The company said that this update will not be released for the model, as seen in the image below:

This news may actually be a cold shower who looked forward to the new. Samsung usually claims that older models are not updated by count with little RAM, hindering the good performance of TouchWiz . In this case, the Galaxy Note II has 2GB available, which may not be this problem now.

Of course, we have to take into account that as a division of Samsung claimed that there would be an update, another arrives denying later – we can not take either of them as absolute certainty. Perhaps the company is currently testing the code to decide whether it is worth release for their clients. If this really happens, Poland or Germany should be the first countries to receive the Lollipop.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is not yet available in Brazilian stores. To be notified when it arrives click here.
