iPhone 6 Plus is sold as the Galaxy Note in South Korea 4 – Tudocelular.com

It seems that Apple beat Samsung “at home”. Sales of the iPhone 6 Plus, although after all agitation involving the release of the new 5.5 inch model of Apple , seem to be going well as the Cupertino company had planned. So far, South Korea, were ordered 100 000 units of the device on the first day of release, according to the Wall Street Journal ; Galaxy Note 4, in turn, had 30 000 units sold the first day, for comparison.

The analyst Lee Seung-woo , the IBK Securities , says that high for the sale of new models Apple’s numbers were expected to overcome the flagships of its rival in a scale of 1 to 5 . This ratio may seem exaggerated, although not very different from what we are currently seeing. Apple, this second half 2014 was 6% of the Korean market, while Samsung remains in front with 63% of market share.

With Apple enjoying the launch of handsets with larger screens, Samsung has been worried about losing their advantage in this market – which was won due to the size of their screens , “said the analyst. The radical design change and increase the screens are the main factors that led consumers to continue buying the models of Apple .

The official sales of the new iPhone will be launched in Korea South, already on October 31 (next Friday). As usual, we do not know when devices are marketed in our country.
