Galaxy Note Edge with curved screen, is released in South Korea – Tudocelular.com

Many of us already knew Samsung’s plans to release a new smartphone with curved screen, this one has been the victim of numerous rumors a few months ago. Soon after the announcement of the Galaxy Note Edge, both the public and the press were surprised with a new phablet completely different format than what we are used, giving a new meaning to the proposed Sammy for selected markets.

As usual, Samsung has launched its newest device “at home”, leading to South Korea – its country of origin – even through the launch of the operators SK Telecom (which already provides the device starting today) and KT (which will sell from tomorrow). Customers can choose to buy the device in two colors: Charcoal Black or White Frost . The price? About US $ 1016 , or something close to R $ 2,500 free conversion taxes.

A native of Sammy is not the first to get the Galaxy Note Edge. Earlier this month, the Japan started pre-sales of the device to the official launch on 23 (this month, of course). The company hopes to market with the launch of the same in Korea, about 1 million units Edge until the end of 2014.

The Galaxy Note was announced with Edge Note the 4 and brings a very similar hardware: A Snapdragon processor with 805 2,7GHz GPU Adreno 420 aid, 3GB of RAM and a 3000mAh battery. He also has a 16MP camera (rear) and its curved screen 5.6 “has a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
