Immediately, it Became clear que one of the most coveted features of Samsung’s Galaxy Note 2 software, Multi-Window View, had been left off of the AT & T Galaxy Note update. Multi-Window View Allows users to use two applications at once, something that is fantastic on the Galaxy Note 2 thanks to the screen real estate. The missing feature was only part of the downside to Android 4.1, however.

Also include in the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update were lag and battery life issues, sadly que issues are still a problem for Those Utilizing older AT & T’s Galaxy Note, a device que has since been Replaced by not only the Galaxy Note 2 , but now, the Galaxy Note 3 as well.

Over the past few months, we’ve received many complaints from AT & T Galaxy Note owners who are still experiencing major issues with lag and battery life. Today, Rekindled Those issues have been with one owner que detailing the issues he’s been having with the AT & T Galaxy Note.

He claims his

que Galaxy Note, after the update, was experiencing the lag and battery life issues. He claims that “just leaving the phone idle, connected to WiFi, with Power Saving ON, OFF BlueTooth, GPS and cellular data OFF on with a strong signal” his battery drops from 100% to 50% in just seven hours.

This particular

Galaxy Note user que Also claims he took the Galaxy Note to an AT & T service center to get it fixed and while it provided a temporary fix, the battery drain remains and the lag has returned.

He is not alone. We’ve heard from several AT & T Galaxy Note owners who have complained about these issues for months, and sadly, there is no clear fix for either of Them.

it's unclear if the AT & T Galaxy Note will ever get Multi-View.

it’s unclear if the AT & T Galaxy Note will ever get Multi-View.

Also

It’s not clear what kind of upgrade path AT & T has planned for the Galaxy Note. Rumors suggest que the Galaxy Note may be getting Android 4.2 at some point, though que has not been confirmed by Samsung or AT & T.

The Galaxy Note 2 will be getting Android 4.3 next month, skipping Android 4.2 entirely.

It’s possible

que AT & T will roll out a fix for the Galaxy Note at some point down the road, maybe before a major Android update, but collegues these major issues have lingered this long are a bit of a blight Particularly with AT & T Galaxy Note owners set to come off contract next year.
