While users continue to wait for Xiaomi announcement that will reveal your next smartphone, the Xiaomi Mi 5, which is expected to back biometrics and technology ‘Force Touch’ , images of another new machine were released today. The current speculation that talks about the Redmi Note 2 Pro claims that he would have the same specifications as Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 which was released in August. The only difference will be the metal construction and the aforementioned fingerprint reader.
The smartphone market and their prices are evolving rapidly and appliances are not budgeted only taking into account faster processors, better cameras and more memory. Premium features such as the metal body, fingerprint sensors, latest chipsets, among others, are doing quickly with the manufacturers launch more versions of its products for a higher value. And now it seems the fact Xiaomi wants to earn some money with this strategy with Redmi Note 2 Pro.
As can be seen in the leaked images, the Redmi Note 2 Pro looks somewhat similar to high- phones end made by HTC and Meizu. But anyway, it’s nice to finally see that Xiaomi is working more elaborately on the outside of their devices as well.
If rumors are correct, and Redmi Note 2 Pro shares in fact the same specifications as the Redmi Note 2, we can expect the device comes with a 5.5 inch screen with a resolution of 1080 x 1920, with a density of pixels 401ppi. The MediaTek MT6795 SoC feed the device with an octa-core 2.2GHz CPU and GPU PowerVR G6200. As for the memory, 2GB of RAM should be provided with expandable to 32GB of storage.
Furthermore, a 13MP camera is likely to be found at the back and the front camera would be 5MP, ready to capture selfies and handle video chats. A 3060mAh battery would keep everything running and Android 5.1 or maybe Android 6.0 is the operating system.
There is no word or rumor today about the possible price of the smartphone, but we expect the company offers a very competitive price, which is already typical of Xiaomi. If the company manage to get good prices, the unit may certainly be a success. The Redmi Note 2 Pro is expected to be announced in December 2015, possibly with the long-awaited Xiaomi Mi 5.
