Samsung still has not released it officially Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for the Galaxy Note 2. However, leaked this weekend a new version of the ROM, which apparently is the closest to the final version.
According to the site SamMobile, which had exclusive access to the firmware and responsible for the release of it, the ROM is very stable and well above the test version previously released. Additionally, the update includes new features that let you closer S4 and Galaxy Note 3, among the new features are the KNOX (security software for the device, especially for corporate environments), integration with Galaxy Gear, Samsung Wallet, besides fixes several bugs and interface “reformulated”.
With already mentioned, this is not a final version (and official), if you still want to install Android 4.3 on your phablet second generation, be aware it is at your own risk.
