The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 may not yet be available over-the-air, but users can already test in October KitKat Android 4.4 device on Their 2012 courtesy of OmniROM.

Most recently, OmniROM has tackled the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, Which has been unlucky Particularly in the realm of official system updates. The Galaxy Note 2 has been running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean since its release in September 2012; models manufactured only months after its release happen to run Android 4.1.2 instead of 4.1.1. The Galaxy Note 2 is Currently scheduled to update to Android 4.3 Jelly, possibly the early the next Wednesday; However, this is not confirmed. For now, tech savvy Galaxy Note 2 owners may just have to make due with running a custom Android 4.4 ROM on Their handsets.
