Moving away -In the whole story involving the company’s strategy, the truth is that when Samsung focuses on difference and bet on the best that wants to offer to the market, it hits dead center and the Galaxy Note 4 case is real it.

2 – Hardware and Design

Samsung with the Galaxy Alpha and the Galaxy Note 4, wanted to show that the company is willing to define a new strategy, and responding to user requirements definitely dropped the plastic structure that was her characteristic, thus introducing a metal structure that extends to the side frame surrounding all the equipment.

This metal frame gives an extra elegance to this equipment, but the finishes are not yet perfect.

The thickness and weight are well harmonized, specifically, the Galaxy Note 4 weighs 176 grams and has a volume of 153, 5 x 78.6 x 8.5 mm.

On the right side are only included the Power button on the left side and the volume knob. An interesting feature of design is that the metal side follow the main color of the product.

Above is the entrance to the 3.5mm headphones, the infrared transmitter and the microphone. At the bottom microUSB input, two microphones and the input pen for the S.

As can be seen in the images, the metallic zone which is cut by the usual separation white bars of smartphones metal, is clearly amended by the outer coat, which turns out to be one of the design imperfections phablet.

The Super AMOLED screen of 5.7 inches with a resolution Ultra HD 1440 x 2560 pixels which gives you a rough density of 515 dots per inch, obviously making the definition and image contours are perfect.

Use with incidence of direct light is nothing extraordinary meeting at the level of existing equipment.

Display Above are the proximity sensors and light, the camera of 3.7 megapixels and the call speaker. The low, common buttons on a Galaxy, the touch Menu and Back and the physical button Home with integrated biometric sensor.

All exterior glass to the screen is all standardized with horizontal stripes and, as can be seen in the image above, the touch buttons keep the default. Personally, this was a detail I did not like.

The back cover keeps the leather look, which makes it more elegant and clearly directed to a target audience of the business world. The rear chamber 16 includes a megapixel, the heartbeat sensor, and SpO2 UV rays (introduced in order to measure the flow of oxygen in the blood) and a flash LED.

Below is still the main speaker that reproduces a high quality sound.

The back cover is removable (and difficult to fit) giving access to the battery and slots the micro-SIM cards and microSD.
