Samsung has worked to promote their newly launched high-end smartphones, the new Galaxy Note 5 and S6 Edge Plus. But the previous generation is also getting some attention, specifically the Galaxy Note 4, with the release of Android 5.1.1 Lollipop for the international version (SM-N910C) .
Earlier this month Samsung began releasing the update to the newest version of the green little robot system for the Galaxy Note 4 in the SM-N910P variant, sold to the Americans. Now, with the arrival of a new batch to Poland, Brazilian users who are more anxious can also enjoy the new features.
As highlights and incentives for upgrading have Android 5.1.1 with fixes Lollipop flaws, the main one being dubbed the gap Stagefright, as well as better battery life, as shown by the user reports the Galaxy S6 line. It is important to remember that only the SM-N910C variant (Galaxy Note 4 with Exynos 5433 processor) can receive the file available in Poland. There is still no information about the arrival of the update for the Brazilian users, but you can check the 747MB package has arrived accessing the system settings, “About device”, “Software Updates”. The download can be done via Google Drive or MEGA and instructions to perform the procedure are the same, that you can see so summarized below. - Download the file and unzip to a folder on your computer (GoogleDrive or MEGA )
- Download the Odin application in version 3.10.6, unzip and run
- Restart your smartphone in Download Mode (press and hold the Home button + Power + Download Volume)
- Connect the Galaxy Note 4 to the computer with the USB cable and wait for the Odin recognize
- Select the firmware file uncompressed through the option AP / PDA (IMPORTANT: to re-partition option should be unchecked)
- Click the Start option and wait for the process to finish (should take a few minutes)
