The Samsung posted on its official website a limited edition of a package that includes the Galaxy Note 4 and the new Gear VR. The sale price is € 898.99 (about £ 2919). This is a discount of € 69 since the list price of the Galaxy Note 4 is € . 769, while the Gear VR is € 198.99
The Gear VR, developed in collaboration with Oculus, displays multimedia content – games, videos, photos, documentaries, music, trailers and more – of immersive way. The viewing angle is about 96 degrees. Currently, it is only supported by Galaxy Note 4, but some rumors have indicated that soon the Galaxy S6 may arise with support Gear.
To enable virtual reality, just insert the device into the glasses. The application of Oculus VR gear will install automatically.
The unit features an ergonomic design with soft and flexible padding, and is equipped with a touchpad to navigate the menus, a volume button and also a navigation button . Inside the VR Gear box includes a 16GB microSD card that contains some demo content.
