Android L gaining full support for 64-bit hardware, it was expected that smartphones with 4GB of memory arise . However, there is a detail here. The Snapdragon 805 has not officially support 64-bit. With this, the system would not take full advantage of these 4GB of RAM, except Exynos model that has not yet been announced by Samsung.
Another interesting detail that can be seen in the picture above it is the camera 16mp with optical image stabilizer. Some rumors reported that Samsung would use the new Sony sensor in Note 4, but others claimed it would be used the same sensor ISOCELL used in the Galaxy S5, but with OIS , for more stable video and best quality night shots.
