S3 and Note 2 iPhone hit the first time in search of ... - Globo.com

iPhone lost its position in smartphone user satisfaction for the Galaxy S3 and Note 2, organized annually by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ASCI). The handsets from Samsung tied for first with an approval rating of 84%. Apple, which has dominated the research in 2012, appears again with the iPhone 5 and 4S, both with an index of 82%.
