The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ASCI) conducts an annual survey of user satisfaction and the first year’s lost iPhone post smartphone that most pleases consumers for the Galaxy S3 and Note 2 . Gadgets from Samsung took first place with 84% approval rating. Already the Apple smartphone, which in 2012 led the research, came in 2nd place with the iPhone 5 and 4S, both with an index of 82%.
David VanAmburg, director of ASCI, said the drop in Apple it is the lack of innovation of the latest releases of the company. According to the director, it was not enough the main competitor to Apple overtake all iPhones, the company reported consumers themselves who do not see much difference between the iPhone 4, 4S and 5.
The survey was conducted before launching the Samsung Galaxy S4 in March this year. Every year the rankings is organized with the 10 best-selling models in the United States. Finally got the Blackberry, with the Bold and Curve smartphones, with 64% and 67% approval respectively.
