Samsung correct design flaw of the Galaxy Note 5 that “tied” S … – Techworld

When inserting the stylus on the wrong side, user ran the risk of breaking the click mechanism of the high-end smartphone that costs R $ 3,800 in Brazil

From silently, Samsung has made a change in its high-end smartphone Galaxy Note 5 that should prevent the stylus S Pen is gripped in the device .

The company confirmed to The Verge the hardware change that was made to correct an issue where entering the S Pen on the opposite side could cause the pen to stay stuck in the cell .

The force required to remove the attached stylus wont break the unit’s click mechanism, according to complaints from users.

“Samsung can confirm that the S Pen’s internal mechanism Note 5 was changed to avoid the problem caused by incorrect insertion of the S Pen. As always, we recommend to follow the appropriate instructions to save the S Pen, “said a representative of Samsung.

As reported in the statement, the official position of Samsung in the case is for users always look at the instruction manual, which warns about this potential problem
