Last year, Samsung found himself shrouded in controversy because of the Galaxy Note 5 design after customer reporting that by inserting the S-Pen on the device instead were permanently without certain features.
The company’s response at the time was not friendly, telling clients to read the instruction manual, which said that not should do. More recently, the company put a warning on the new devices. Now, according to The Verge, the South Korean giant admitted that physically changed the internal mechanism of the device to “avoid the problem.”
