Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is the first phablet to rely on … – Tudocelular.com

Yesterday (10), a surprising news complemented the functions of the Galaxy Alpha. In a coming publication of the official blog of Corning, the smartphone is the pioneer of Gorilla Glass 4, new glass designed to further protect the touch panels present in modern mobile devices, promising effectiveness in 80% of cases where the distance is one meter drop in relation to the solid surface contact. However, there is more of a curiosity involving Samsung and the material.

In another formal text of Corning, the first phablet to be provided by Gorilla Glass 4 was revealed: Galaxy Note 4. That’s right, the most powerful device of Sammy still had a trump card. Again, it is difficult to understand the reasons that led the South Korean to not brag about the extra layer of protection display in their commercials and other marketing advances. Certainly, the novelty would be a differential on them by gadget.

The owners of a unit of Galaxy Note 4 may be even more relieved that the phone dropped or hit a corner, as the Corning guarantees quality of its new product. From now on, it is likely that a pattern is created and all 2015 releases contains with Gorilla Glass 4 in order to offer more peace of mind to users. Other than that, the Samsung phablet is already interesting in itself:

  • Super AMOLED screen of 5.7 inches with a resolution Quad HD (1440 x 2560 pixels)
  •

  • 3 GB of RAM
  •

  • Snapdragon chipset with 805 quad-core CPU running at 2.7 GHz
  •

  • Main and Front camera 16 and 3.7 megapixels, respectively
  •

  • 32GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD up to 128GB
  •

  • 3.220mAh Battery
  •

  • Resistance falls and water
  •

  • S pen
  •

  • Android 4.4.4 KitKat, with planned upgrade to 5.0 later this year Lollipop
  •

All this surrounded by a metal frame as device edge. Samsung is not for taking “rabbits out of the hat” and the next move may be the activation of 64-bit architecture in the Galaxy Note 4 once the upgrade to Android 5.0 Lollipop arrive, which should happen in early 2015, and photos and videos of the new platform masked by TouchWiz have been published unofficially.
