Galaxy Note 4 is the most stout smartphone that Samsung has in the market, while the Moto X is not far from it and costs many hundreds of money less. We decided to list the pros and cons of both devices and display all in one video, with this text, to help when choosing between a device that costs over £ 2000 and one that is bordering the beginning of £ 1000.
design
Finally Samsung is beginning to adopt the aluminum on their smartphones and the Galaxy Note 4 is one of the first manufacturer South Korean who does not use only plastic. We are still far from a Galaxy all-aluminum, but the edges of the Note 4 are beautiful, tough and a slightly matte color that helps in footprint. The Moto X follows the same pattern, but the edges are thinner and are not as straight, helping further the footprint. The Note 4 is much higher than the Moto X instrument, ie, small hands will be more comfortable in the apparatus of Motorola (also on behalf of the back curvature) than the Samsung.
Hardware
The Samsung has adopted its own processor, the Exynos 5433 quad-core that runs at 1.3 GHz and four cores at 1.9 GHz, along with 3GB of RAM and a GPU Mali-T760. But the Moto X uses a Snapdragon 801 that runs four cores at 2.5 GHz, accompanied by 2 GB of RAM and a GPU Adreno 330. With such firepower, the TouchWiz does not let the Note 4 crash when there are few apps open at the same time, but the Moto X handles better when the number of applications grows in multitasking area.
Camera
The Moto X is not the best smartphone to photos, which is exactly the opposite to Note 4 which has one of the best sensors for images of the world of smartphones and phablets. The quality difference does not appear both in good light conditions, where the Moto X mainly time to reproduce colors. You can find much more striking difference when taken night shots, or in low-light settings.
Conclusion
Moto X’foi the first non-Nexus smartphone that received the Android 5.0, while Samsung even give a precise date for the arrival of new in Note 4. On the other hand, the Note 4 has a hardware envy to put very stocky computer, even with a heavy and uncomfortable TouchWiz up Android. The extra firepower does not justify the vast difference of values, much less the better camera on the side of Samsung. Our suggestion is that the comparative you go Moto X, which has a much higher value for money.
