We are already counting down to the submission of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to 3 that will happen September at the IFA technology fair to be held in Berlin, Germany.

As mentioned, the official presentation of the device will happen on September 3 with the arrival on the market is scheduled for 15th of the same month.
