How to Install Android 4.3 Jelly Bean N7100XXUEML3 on Galaxy Note N7100 2
Step-1: Download N7100XXUEML3 Android 4.3 Jelly Bean [Alternative ] for Galaxy Note 2 to computer. Extract the firmware zip using winrar/7zip/winzip or any other extracting tool to get to. Tar.md5 file along with some other files
Step-2: Download Odin3 v3.07 . Extract zip to get Odin Odin v3.07.exe in it
Step-3: Run Odin3 v3.07.exe as Administrator
Step-4: Switch off the Galaxy Note 2. Place the phone in Download Mode by pressing and holding Volume Down and Power buttons together until the construction Android robot icon with a warning triangle Appears on screen . Now press the Volume Up button to enter to continue to enter into Download Mode

c) Click the CSC button and select file with CSC in its name
d) Click the PIT button and select . pit file

Step-8: Double check everything and click the Start button in Odin to begin installation
Step-9: When the installation process is completed, the phone will restart and soon PASS message with green background in the left-most box at the top of Odin will appear. Unplug the USB cable from the phone to disconnect it from computer

Troubleshoot
If the Galaxy Note 2 gets stuck at booting animation or Samsung logo (after step-9) then go to recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume Up and Power buttons together.
