1. From the Home screen press the Menu button.
2. Open Settings .
3. Select Language and Input .
4. Choose Text-To-Speech Output .
5. You will be presented with two options for the Galaxy Note 2 Text-To-Speech engine. You can either pick the one from Samsung or from Google.
6. Upon Selecting the Desired engine, open the Settings icon.
7. If you are using the Google engine, tap Install Voice Data ??em>. However, if you are using Samsung’s engine, skip this step and proceed to step number 9.
8. Select your preferred language and download it. Press the Back button after downloading
