After Samsung release the system to the Galaxy S5 at the beginning of the year, foblets can now also have access to the latest system version of Google . With the new TouchWiz UI, inspired by the Design Material, Lollipop offers faster performance and improved battery usage.

The update is available on the official website of Samsung updates and has 991.77 MB, requiring at least 3 GB available on the device’s internal memory. Users can already find the option to upgrade the two devices or can perform the procedure manually.

To verify that the Lollipop is now available on your smartphone, you must go to “Settings,” then “About device”, tap “Software Update” and finally “Check Now”. Besides Brazil, the Android version 5.0.1 for both Samsung gadgets was also released in countries like India and UAE.
