Microsoft has been shifting its business model in several areas and a number of its software solutions. These new sales proposals can be more appealing to consumers and also provide access to many more applications.
One Note was one of the first applications to be made free, although a partial model, with access to all and on all platforms.
But Microsoft has changed the rules again and One Note is even more free, to be fully liberalized in the version for Desktop.
One Note has been winning their firmly market largely thanks to the fact that it was made free and because it is already present on most platforms, whether mobile or desktop.
Microsoft’s goal is clear and intend to address in any way all offers that are on the market, some with more experience and premium features, compared to what Microsoft offered.
But the change has now been applied comes from access to all the features that were hitherto restricted to who paid
In particular there is now access to the following features:..
- Sections protected with password – Add a password to protect sensitive information
- History -. See and access previous versions of a page
- Audio and Video Recording – Take notes while recording, then jumping to the relevant sections later
- Audio Search -. Search .. for a word in an audio or video
- embedded files – Insert Office documents or other files on their notebooks
Associated with this novelty is also the creation of an unlimited number of notes and also the 15GB of free space on additional OneDrive.
The new features are immediately available and can be already used by those who are accustomed to use this feature.
This new free version is now equal to that which existed before and it was paid, giving everyone an opportunity to have access to one of the best tool capture notes, which exceed the simple written, going further with capture features audio and video
