Consumers who own the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 can breathe a sigh of relief. After a long wait, the South Korean company will finally start shipping the updated Android OS for phablets. Exactly, starting this month the owners of the devices will start to receive Android 4.4 via Kies KitKat system.
So far, only the French consumers reported that they are receiving the update and Samsung’s own data reveal this geographic limitation is happening – even without any official explanation has been given yet, so do not know why France was the first country to receive updates on their devices. Even with the current limitation, Samsung should make the new Android phablets for Galaxy Note soon to other countries. Can not say for sure when the Brazilians devices will receive the new, but it is estimated that this still happens in the first half of 2014. Did your device will win the fast update or you’ll still wait too
